Red Poppies

For Father's Day, our family went for a morning walk in Half Moon Bay. Right before reaching the parking lot, we noticed a patch of red poppies on the side of the road. Immediately, I knew I wanted to walk back to that spot to photograph the poppies as I had never seen red poppies before. The beautiful flowers were in bushes of other flowers so it was hard to just get a photo of them by themselves. Here's my best attempt as capturing their scarlet beauty!
