Mustard Seed Flowers in Napa Valley

The Napa and Sonoma Valleys are gorgeous places to visit year-round. During the winter months of January and February, the mustard seed flowers seem to be in full bloom, blanketing the vineyards, turning them into golden fields. Here are some photos I took of the vineyards during a recent trip to Napa.

Spotting Hummingbirds

I love these little birds! When we lived in Santa Barbara, we could see them everywhere, all the time. Here in San Francisco, they come to our feeder, which is super nice. We have always seen them around in the parks and in the surrounding area. It's always fun to see the different kinds of hummingbirds that are out there!

Country Vintage

This past weekend we were to Aptos, CA, enjoying the sunshine and exploring new areas. This first set of photos is from the Airbnb place we stayed at. Our home away from home was nested on top of the mountain and had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The scenery was gorgeous! Inside the property, the decor was super cool, full of vintage pieces and artifacts.
